Joanna & Charles, Hedsor House
Writing about my couples’ weddings is always tricky for me, as there’s just too much story to cram into a blog post! A wedding day is the culmination of months and sometimes years of hard work, and when the gorgeous professional images first hit my inbox, it’s always emotional to look back on. Today I’m reminiscing about one of my favourite weddings of this year – a symphony of romance in lilac, lavender and dove grey.
Joanna and Charles married in September at gloriously elegant Berkshire venue Hedsor House. I worked with this lovely pair to design a day of two halves – bringing softly lit romance to the fore during the day, and letting the inner party animal roam free after dark.
I love it when my couples aren’t afraid to let their hair down and really celebrate at their wedding, and it was a pleasure to strike the right balance of elegance and fun for Charles and his gorgeous bride, Jo.
