Vintage Glamour

Garthmyl Hall

This elegant venue boasts ten bespoke en-suite bedrooms, a grand dining room, a Gentlemen’s Bar, a luxurious living room and a striking dining room – complete with gilt ceilings and atmospheric mirrors. Because of the venue style this shoot was all about vintage glamour, complemented with a delicate pastel watercolour palette. It’s soft, feminine and completely timeless.

Local couture bridal designer, Claire Mischevani, showcased her new collection in the shoot. Featuring embellished details, delicate lace embroidery and dreamy trains, the flowing gowns suited the Garthmyl Hall seamlessly. Photographed against a dramatic red background of one of the venue’s bedrooms, this shoot really captured the romance of the venue.

Champagne gold accents appeared throughout the shoot, including the chair décor and china wear. Paired with pastel shades, this is a colour combination made in heaven, and is perfect if you’re looking to achieve a romantic feel to your day. Venue décor was kept understand, with pink and gold paper fan garlands standing out against the mirror. For the Love of Weddings created a soothing soft and feminine atmosphere through the use of props and styling, with attention to detail that created a look to absolutely wow your guests.
